Mumbai Rain Repeat?
Prima facie, it seems so. After spending close to an hour crawling 100 m in the bargain. Returned to office; seems like we shall spend the night here.
BMC, why is this happening? No lessons learnt from last year? And we wonder why we are not at international standards. Khayali pulao pakao!

i thought they spent the better part of the year with the traffic stopped so that this wouldnt happen..............very sad to hear this......
